What payment methods do you accept?

What currency are your prices in?

All transactions on our website are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card or bank operates in a different currency, the final transaction amount may vary slightly due to your bank's currency conversion rates.

How will I receive my order?

Your personalized astrological report and/or audiobook is a digital product delivered directly to your email inbox. Once your report is generated, we will send a secure download link to the email address you provided at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my digital codex report?

Each report is uniquely personalized. Please allow up to 48 hours for our system to create your custom report and email you the download link. In many cases, you will receive it much sooner.

I haven’t received my order email. What should I do?

If 48 hours have passed since you placed your order, please first check your spam or junk mail folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered. If you still cannot locate it, please contact our support team at hello@36codex.comwith your order number, and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the highly personalized and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each report is custom-generated based on the unique data you provide, and once delivered, it cannot be returned. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

What if my download link is broken or the file is corrupted?

We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare event you encounter a technical issue such as a broken link or a corrupted file, please contact our support team at hello@36codex.comimmediately. We will gladly provide you with a new, working version of your purchased product.

I made a mistake in my birth information. Can it be changed?

The accuracy of your report is critically dependent on the birth date, time, and location you provide. Please double-check this information for accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at hello@36codex.com as soon as possible. If your report has not yet been generated, we may be able to make the correction. However, once the report is processed and created, we cannot change the data or provide a refund.
