  • Digital Product Delivery: Our reports are digital goods that are delivered to you electronically. Once the product is delivered, its consumption is considered complete, and it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

3. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of your personalized report is directly dependent on the accuracy of the birth information (date, time, and location) you provide. Please review all information for accuracy before submitting your order, as we cannot offer refunds for reports generated using incorrect data supplied by the customer.
