Is there a minimum order?
One book or fifty — the tier price holds either way. Volume moves your tier, never gates it.
Who prints and ships?
We do. The bindery runs print-on-demand; you never touch inventory, packaging, or postage. eBooks deliver the same hour.
What if a book fails your standards?
Flag it from your portal and it reopens our QA — and if our gates failed it, the debit refunds in full. You are never charged for a book that shouldn't have shipped.
Can I white-label?
At the top tier: your imprint on the cover and colophon, our engine underneath. The default carries a small "Powered by 36 Codex" mark — most practices keep it; it does the explaining for you.
How am I paid?
Your wallet is a real ledger: debits when you order, credits when we owe you — top-ups, refunds, origination bounties. Settle monthly or let the balance carry; the statement is a query, not a PDF we remember to send.
